The 2022 APME Conference

Graduate Student Conference 2022

January 21–22, 2022

Virtual

The Association for Popular Music Education is pleased to announce its first-ever graduate student conference. The conference is FREE and will be held virtually January 21 and 22, 2022. It is for current graduate students at any college or university who have an interest in popular music education.

Graduate students are an important part of the popular music education community. It’s essential for them to create a network of like-minded educators as they continue their studies in higher education. APME is excited to offer this opportunity for graduate students to come together, share ideas, and learn from each other in a free virtual setting.

Students don’t need to be a member of APME to apply, present, or attend. Attendance is open to anyone, including undergraduates, K–12 teachers, professors, etc.
