The mission of the Association for Popular Music Education is “to promote and advance popular music at all levels of education both in the classroom and beyond.” By supporting APME and our mission, your organization will be helping to provide our community of musicians, teachers, industry professionals, researchers, students, scholars, and others, with the tools they need to advance popular music education and, ultimately, impact more students through popular music.
Additionally, your support assists us in providing conference travel scholarships to first-time attendees, presentation stipends to presenters from underrepresented communities, and assists with travel support for our graduate student workers.
