The 2019 Conference, Celebrating Diversity in Popular Music Education was held at New York University in the heart of the village in New York City.
With over 100 presentations from educators, researchers, industry professionals and performers from around the world discussing topics ranging from hip-hop to popular music and Orff instruments, to A Cappella performances and songwriting strategies, the conference was an exciting three days of interaction, networking, and learning.
